Initial web cam interview with short timed questions that you record and submit yourself. Next is a phone interview in which you are asked basic questions about your background, goals, etc. It was a fairly standard process, and they mostly want to make sure that you are a good fit for the position.

30min interview fairly relaxed. Mainly behavioural questions and talking about yourself. 1 question at the end about what you understand the company to do. The interviewer was friendly and helpful. It is optional whether to have your camera on or not.
