The open questions are common ones, and you can copy paste them into a word file and finish them carefully before submitting. The video interview part is a little bit hard, since you will need to practice a bit before you can make yourself look not so weird in the camera. One questions is about what the company does, another is about what kind of jobs are you looking for, and a third on how financial services firms should better serve the clients. After completing these steps, I waited about 10 days before I received a rejection letter.
