I applied online and was contacted via email to schedule for a video interview.
You could choose to schedule for the interview according to your schedule so that was convenient.
The video interview was with a hiring manger in HK and consisted of basic behavioral questions as well as questions regarding the company and the industry.
I would recommend reviewing the BREAD process beforehand and some research about the company as well.

The interview process started with a video screening through HelloMilo, where I answered questions about my background, interest in the Client Service Associate role, and why I was interested in AlphaSights. The questions were mostly behavioral and focused on communication, motivation, and understanding of the client service role.

competency based calls, situational with a mock scenario and final round where youre interviewed by the vice president . while you may have applied for the client services role they may propose you to move to the research team

Stay away. Realized how much of a scam it is as I went through- ended on my own accord after final round. There will be no exit opportunities with this company whatsoever. You will be stuck. Know some friends who have worked here and regret every second of it.
