three part interview, first HR, second technical, third with someone in high up position. had a pleasant first two interviews, the last interview was terrible. the higher-up interviewer (high up on the alphasights chain) had no interest while i was speaking, checked his phone, asked me questions that aren't at all pertinent to the company or things relevant to what i would be doing at alphasights. did not get the final offer because of this third interview.

I only attended the first interview. The HR manager was neither friendly nor unfriendly. It was just a normal screening interview. Only self-introduction and motivation for application were conducted in English, and the rest were conducted in Korean. The HR manager asked questions focusing on my background and history rather than understanding the job itself.
