I applied online through their website by uploading my CV and explaining my motivation for applying to AlphaSights and this role. A few days later I got an email with a link to a video interview that would expire in 72 hours. For each question I had 60 seconds and 1 chance to answer, but there was time to think about the answer before clicking record. I prepared with the questions that others have posted on here. The questions I got were: What are the keys to success for a professional service company? Who do you most admire and why? What have you been reading? Tell us about it. Tell us what AlphaSights does. What other career options are you considering? I got through to the second round, the in-person interview, of which I was notified a few weeks later. The interview lasted about 40 minutes and focused on my CV and my motivation to work here. They also had me walk through how I would help clients who wanted advice on an industry.

I applied for the Graduate Analyst position at London. The process lasted for around 1 month from contacted by hr to interview. I went through HR screening and user interview. The interview process was okay.
