I applied to AlphaSights after attending a connect day which gave me a much better idea of what the firm does (connecting clients (Strategy Consultancies, Hedge funds, Private Equity Firms etc) with industry information (through people with business expertise, former C-suite Executives, Managers, Vice Presidents etc). My first round interview was a walk through of my resume and what skills I could bring to the job with a recruiting manager. My second round was a presentation with a PowerPoint that I created after they emailed me a case. This interview was with two associates where I had to walk them through my conclusions and talk about my research process.

Had an initial screening with a HR recruiter, then had to prepare a case and present it in the next interview, and lastly the last one was a behavioral interview.
