A recruiter reached out to set up a phone call and sent links to read about the company prior to the call. I interviewed with a recruiter named Laura.
She started by just droning on and on about AlphaSights (seemed like she was reading off a set piece of paper which felt even less personalized) without even asking me one question such as 'how are you today' and within the first 5 minutes i lost all interest from the lack of genuine interaction.
Laura then asked me some questions about myself. As I started to dive into my background (which most recruiters ask for MORE details on) Laura actually cut me off and said if I could focus on current experiences that would be great (signaling she did not care to learn about my background.)
No exaggeration, this is the most negative interview I have ever had. The recruiter is supposed to be the most people-facing yet I was left with a more negative impression than I started with.

asked about the links that were sent beforehand, why you want to work at alphasights/ in this role
Phone screening was good asked basic questions about strengths, weaknesses, situation, etc. The questions were fairly straightforward and the usual questions asked during a phone interview. Overall a very good experience.
Initial interview screen, basic questions about resume and why you want to go into the field and this type of job, how resume and past experience transfers. Not very hard but not very exciting.
Candidatei-me por meio de uma faculdade ou universidade. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa AlphaSights (New York, NY).

Long, repetitive and a complete waste of my time. They drag you along for legit like 6 weeks, make you do all these different things, the people that I met were majority nice, expect the final interview with a lady that was a POS

Tell me about a time you failed? Now another, and one more. Legit asked me about 3-4 different times I had failed, also forced me to disclose where else i was applying
