After submitting your application including your cv, you may got invited to do a video interview. You will use their system to answer several questions and be recorded. The questions are randomly generated by system, 6 in total out of around 10 possibilities, and you have around 1 min to answer each. You can see the time left, the question and your own face while recording. If you passed the video interview, you will be interviewed by one HR and one analyst together face to face. The questions here basically come from your cv and again, how AlphaSights operates.

I went through 2 rounds of interviews before deciding myself not to move on after the second. The first one was a standard behavioral one, recorded before a screen (might've changed due to the pandemic). The second one consisted of two parts: the first a role play, where I was assigned a case and asked to look for industry experts to answer a question for a made-up client, the second a standard behavioral interview.
