Video assessment was sent to me through email. I was sent an online link for both video assessment as well as a competency assessment test. I was given a 72 hours deadline to complete both of them along with instructions on preparing for the video assessment as it matters a lot in determining whether or not a candidate is further shortlisted.

It was a very smooth and amazing interview. They were very kind and also catches important points that you say to them. Definitely asks interesting questions and overall an amazing interview process
The interview process was really quick and straightforward. Within 2 weeks the full interview process was completed. There was a lot of guidance throughout the process and clear expectations management.

Good so far but the case study requiring you to already do the work for them, not ideal as while I am in agreement when it comes to testing skills however I did think it was too much given also the fact that I am also in another job.
