Had an initial phone interview with the COO and then an in person panel interview with 4 people (COO included). Like one of their recent reviews from a former employee, I felt as though the COO was very uninterested in what I had to say and in me as a person. I understand that as the boss, there is a level of professionalism, but he didn't make it a very inviting environment and made it seem like working at Alphascript would be very stressful. The COO even mentioned that if I was looking for a work life balance, this was not the place for me. I can honestly only say that I had a positive experience with one of the people who interviewed me. Everyone else seemed very tense and although the facility itself is very nice, just know that it's not the most welcoming.
