HR Interview, Hiring Manager, Director, On-Site Panel Interview. I was exhausted after the panel interview because instead of having everyone sit in on the interview they had people come in individually, within 30-minute increments within a 3 hour time span to interview, many of them often asking the same questions. I also felt like the hiring team had been stringing me and likely other candidates along and need to just decide on a candidate to pick. I came into the recruitment process later and they were already starting panel interviews that I guess did not pan out because after being ghosted by the recruiter she reached out to me to do a panel interview. Its like they're trying to find perfect perfect, when perfect doesn't exist! Also, just to note, this company is very male dominated, very few females. And parking was tight and packed. Even the visitor parking was taken. This is also a fully on-site company, 5 days a week.

Long in-person panel. Everyone was nice, but some interviewers were confused on their purpose there. Lunch interview was difficult to balance actual eating with the interview. Recruiter was great and very helpful during the entire process!

A lengthy in person interview process that involved multiple rounds with each team member, about thirty minutes each per person. The recruiter was incredibly nice and helped guide me through each round
