I applied online and received an email stating that they would like to set up an informal interview over the phone. I scheduled my interview and spoke with a representative for approximately 15 minutes in regards to Alpine Home Air, the position and my background. From there I was told I would be moving forward in the process and would need to complete 2 assessments which would be emailed to me. After I completed those assessments, I emailed the representative back that I completed them and a day or so later the same rep told me I was moving on to the final step which was an interview with their CEO, Andew. I scheduled that phone interview and a couple days later I had it - it was very impersonal and laid back. I received an email later in the day with an offer.
