      Entrevista

      Once you apply for any of their positions, you will receive a stock, autogenerated e-mail from the Cofounder and COO Karen Tovey. In it she will ask you to complete a Google Docs questionnaire to see if you're a good fit. Once you complete the questionnaire, you'll never hear back. The questions are always the same no matter the position, they are a bit time consuming to answer (maybe 30 mins if you really want to delve deep, answer professionally and impress them) and once again the answer go out into the void and you'll never hear back so there is really no reason to even apply or answer them in the first place. This company obviously likes to make their "candidates" jump through lots of hoops for no reason at all.

      I am in the market for an RV. I contacted an RV company on a Saturday to request pricing on a specific model. The administrator transferred me to sales and I left a voicemail indicating the model I was interested in and asked to be quoted for that model with all the add-ons. I received a quote by email on Tuesday. If you were the sales person who quoted me and I contacted you Wednesday by phone to ask questions about the generator option on the quote, how would you handle this call?

Are you prepared for an intense job that requires attention to many different customers, leads streaming in at a fast pace, a structured sales process, a lot of metrics, accurate product recommendations, competition, outbound phone calls, asking for the sale, routine, working consistently from home, a CRM system that requires accuracy and administrative skills, reliability and tough management?
