It took months between the three steps of the interview, just to let them disappear. First interview with the HR in english (even though the italian company) but fine, general question asked about personal experience, no mention at all about the job position. Second call entirely in English after more than a month with the HR and a guy from the finance department I guess (questions about myself and personal skills but no mention about the job position) and after some weeks a final interview with the CEO (FOR AN INTERNSHIP) that asked very straightforward technical questions in english. I felt uncomfortable for the entire interview and the CEO seemed like he was wasting his time since we started the interview. I misunderstood since the beginning the job offering but as I said the job description was not clear at all. I would have expected more transparency and a precise description of the role since the first interview. Wasted time for me and for the employees. Overall, lack of communication is obvious. Guys from the HR you are nice but be sure to know what you’re looking for.
