Interview process was fairly standard. Initial phone screening, in person interview and then a second meeting with some higher ups. No real surprises until an offer came. Received an offer with lots of info, but also lots of info...missing... At the bottom it stated "feel free to ask any questions" so I did. I was met with hesitation to answer my questions and an actual response of "I'm confused as to why you're asking this.". I found this to be very strange. I was 100% on board to join this company until I had so much trouble getting some fairly basic information concerning the job. I inquired about the commission plan (pretty important to determine total compensation) and inquired about the insurance (to make sure my kids could keep their doctor). This made me very hesitant about the opportunity. Likely a good company to work for but their offer and lack of information gave the whole process a very strange feeling. I was prepared to accept so I countered, accepting almost all points of the offer and received an immediate response rescinding the offer with no explanation whatsoever. This confirmed my hesitations. Why so secretive? Why so unwilling to answer questions after your offer stated, "feel free to ask any questions."? Something just didn't feel right and the lack of information and communication. Note: I didn't actually decline the offer. I was prepared to accept but had the offer rescinded when I attempted to negotiate.

The first visit was a skills test and a drug test. The skills test was a simplified or shortened version of a Wonderlic Test. The second visit was an interview with two people simultaneously that alternated questions. It was very comfortable and conversational. The third interview was with the regional director and it was very conversational and more about seeing if I was a good personality fit for the team.
