Entrevista
I applied online and within 2 weeks the assistant GM reached out for an interview. During the first interview I took a drug test and took two online exams. The first exam was a critical thinking exam and the second was a math test. After these exams I had the interview with the assistant GM. I was called a week later for the second interview. this interview was with the general manager the assistant general manager the inside sales manager and a member of the inside sales team. After this interview I was contacted with a job offer a number of weeks later.

Entrevista
The first visit was a skills test and a drug test. The skills test was a simplified or shortened version of a Wonderlic Test. The second visit was an interview with two people simultaneously that alternated questions. It was very comfortable and conversational. The third interview was with the regional director and it was very conversational and more about seeing if I was a good personality fit for the team.

First had a phone interview. Then went in and took an IQ test and interviewed with a couple of managers. Then on the last interview met with same manager and site manager.

I could describe the interview process as laid back but also quite serious, the company definitely is interested in the potential of the candidate rather than the nitty gritty qualifications of one.
