Involved 3 interviews....phone....and 2 in person. The 1st 2 seemed standard...but the 3rd one was very strange in which no actual interview questions were asked. The interviewer just proceeded to explain the problems in the position and that people were leaving left and right. Things came up as what I believe were more real reasons for why the position opened up than what had been previously disclosed and more sketchy information seemed to surface during the chat. I brushed it off knowing I could handle the challenge but was skeptical for sure. I was asked when they could contact me to let me know their decision and was given a "specific" date and time of which I was never contacted. It was incredibly rude followed by a "well so sorry we may have an internal candidate so hold on until Tuesday" and then no response on that Tuesday. I totally understand not being chosen for the role despite knowing I would have done well, however, not at least giving me the courtesy of letting me know so was very unprofessional. I took time out of my day twice to drive across town and change and prepare for the interview; I think I deserved an email or phone call. But, I digress... I do not recommend interviewing with this company. If this is how they treat potential employees....I hate to see how they treat actual employees...
