Probably the best experience I've had with an interview process. They were very accommodating and it felt like they really cared about me as an individual. I could tell that all of them took the time to really read my resume and ask me questions that related to my experiences. Sometimes when you get declined an offer you don't even hear back from the company, but Alston and Bird took the effort to actually call me and let me that I did a great job even though they decided on another candidate. Maybe when I'm done with law school I can have another shot at working at this company, because they definitely showed me that they care about all the individuals working there.
