Once you have been selected, you have to interview with a bunch of other people at the same time. It's like a group of people and they ask you to role play scenarios and ask questions at the same time. I had to interview with about 5 or 6 other people.

First an email with screening questions. Then if approved, called to attend a group interview with a couple other interviewees present. A few different exercises, like arranging words together. Short role play puppet show. Answering questions based on photos and video clips.
