I sent an application through email. Then I went to their recruitment hub at Ortigas, Pasig. There were three interviewers, one in each room. You will be called in one room. One interview only.

overall interview process was good, I don't encounter any problems, the interviewer was nice, based on my observation, I also think that the employees there were friendly and kind even during the process, even though we were so many in the event, the process was fast, and I don't face any issues

The interview was straightforward. They asked questions about my background and experience, then decided which team I would fit in best with. They also ask about customer service experience to determine which level you would work well in.

Easy, simple and short amount of time. The interviewer is nice and accommodating. But I'm kinda confused if I'll go with my application or not. I'm still undecided going or not so I just here reading for a review!!!!!
