Easy interview. No technical questions. Next round was an excel test. As long as you can handle basic excel functions like vlookup (or index match) you’ll be fine. Overall easy process

Went through several rounds of interviews meeting with people of varying seniority and from various departments. May involve flying to the head office, someone flying into town from head office or a video conference (or all of the above). Interview could involve several people at the same time as well. No test required (possibly for more junior roles, though).
