My interview was in person but on line was available. I arrived at the office and was greeted by one of the interviewers and led into the conference room. Dress was business casual. They had my resume and we talked about my experience and a few things on my resume. Then they told me about the company, the OKC office, how the group works and what they largely work on. It was very conversational with both of us asking questions. I felt it was very easy back and forth and actually enjoyed the interview.
