The interview was firstly a phone call from the HR, very polite, making me feel very comfortable during the whole process (it would be good if you show some interest and call in to check the process yourself), then if everything is well there is an interview with the HR where the education and work experience background is an analyzed. Lastly, an interview with the manager of the department where we analyse and explain the results of the technical test (30-minute test of accounting "mainly financial statement questions and accounting principles" whatever didn't have time to fill, was discussed later with the manager) the next day I had already the reply from them
