The interview process at Alteryx was one of the most unprofessional and disrespectful experiences I’ve had. The panel joined the call and immediately began firing off questions without a single introduction or basic human greeting. They made absolutely no effort to explain the role, the team’s work, or the expectations. Throughout the discussion, their demeanor was incredibly cold, arrogant, and dismissive, which strongly indicates a highly toxic internal work environment. To make matters worse, they abruptly ended the interview without offering me a single opportunity to ask questions about the role or the company. An interview is supposed to be a mutual evaluation. If this is how their team treats candidates they are actively trying to recruit, I can only imagine how miserable the day-to-day workplace culture must be. Absolute red flag—avoid this team.
