Very informal. Lunch with the hiring managers. There didn't seem to be any specific questions but they asked me to go through my employment history in detail and asked many questions along the way. They also asked a lot of questions about how I work and talked a lot about the culture of the organization to make sure it was a cultural fit for both me and the company.
