Went through 3 rounds. One was more basic with Human Resources. Second was with person job would report in to. The third and final was with the Head of Department.

Interview process was standard and efficient. No surprises as far as the virtual call or question and answer process. There was a significant delay after the second round interview before I received any feedback. Over 2 weeks of radio silence, which contributed to uncertainty. A simple "We are still reviewing and considering you for this position, please be patient." would have been helpful. Other than that period, the recruiter was responsive, articulate, and helpful.
