First, received a call from TA Head and it went about 40 mins. It was good and got feedback immediately, forwarded my candidature to the next level. For Second level, got a call from Senior TA manager and it went about 10 mins only. No questions related to my experience, process etc. It was like a background verification call. Asking about my RM name, client details and client SPOC details etc. Nothing about my profile, experience and process. Simply asking about my employer details. Not good for a senior person. No process, nothing professionalism
