Average interviews - 2 technical rounds followed by a manager round. Got to from the HR that I cleared the rounds, and the final HR round had to be done by some senior HR who was not available on that day. I patiently waited for 2-3 days..and then a week, without any communication from the company. Tried calling the Hbut R person, the call went unanswered. Left him messages and emails/reminders without any luck. At this point, I assumed they are not interested to take this further. It was highly disappointing when the interview feedback was highly positive. Then on a good day after 4-5 weeks, another HR calls me and checks if I am still available to join them, but I had made up my mind too and told him a NO. Dodged a bullet, I guess. People reading this - if any company ghosts you for more than a week, it's a RED flag asking you to run away. It reeks of a complete lack of basic ethics in HRs, and beware of this kind of people working along with you.
