The interview process was very pathetic. I have attended nearly 4 to 5 rounds. They said I have cleared everything and the HR convinced me to take up this job inspite of me having other offers. I have decided to take this offer and skipped the other ones. They said today will release offer letter tomorrow will release and was told that my background verification is getting delayed because of my first company details. I have even provided the HR details of my first company. The altimetrik HR told that she will get special approval After two or three days, she was also not taking up any calls. This is very very unprofessional. Atleast they should inform that offer letter will not be released. Don't play with people career. I have got stressed and frustrated because of your unprofessional behaviour

2 technical round and 1 client round. Very bad experience they took all the round and then said we wont move forward as we are having low budget. Last round they told face to face with client but never happened. Very slow process. I think interview process could be better check candidate budget at start so that unnecessary time wont waste.
