The interview process was online. 1st round was a virtual technical round which was good. 2nd round was with an AI Model which was very confusing. The questions were for not that hard but when I tried reading questions. The AI Model keep on saying to look on screen. It got irritating at one point. Anyways that was also cleared. I was informed by the HR that I have cleared 2nd round and 3rd round will be with client which will be mix of client side person and AI model. But before conducting 3rd round HR asked me for details for background verification. I was sent a link from DigiVerifier where I had to input my credentials of ITR and EPFO in DigiVerfier's website which I felt was not correct as I am sharing my credentials to third party vendor. They can ask for documents no problem but credentials were something which no one should ask for. Anyways I had to login and give my credentials of ITR and EPFO websites to DigiVerifier and once the process is done. I haven't heard from HR. I have tried calling multiple times and on multiple days but no answer. Totally ghosted by HR. Don't know if this is just a gimmick to train their AI Model for free. But as a candidate I can say at the very least the HR's should be responsible and reply in any mode even text messages could be enough. Anyways this made me feel this is not a company I would like to work until I don't have any other chance left. Will definitely avoid it as much as I can. As I read reviews that I am not alone who has faced such things. I checked the reviews on Google Maps of Bangalore location office. It seems this is a thing which has happened to multiple people before too. At this point I am feeling that I was scammed and my personal details were also taken without any offer letter or not even final round was done. And yes I was forced to give as they say this is how company policy is and if I don't give my details and credentials they cannot proceed with my candidature. Sheesh

in total they were 4 rounds in technical interviews 1.hackerank test : which had mcq questions asked based on our expertise. 2.technical round: which was almost for an hour 3.technical+managerial: this too was for about 45 minutes 4.client technical round for 40-45 minutes overall good experience.
