Hi Every one please read this carefully before attending an interview at Altisource Bangalore. I have attended interview here on 19 /09/2017 its by an employee referral . 1. First round was Aptitude there they will check your patience and thinking capacity of you it contain 50 Questions for 12 mins its an easy round. 2. Second and third round was Technical F2F Interview they will ask about java, Selenium, SQL and Manual testing concepts along with Unix commands as whatever mentioned in your CV. 3. Fourth round was managerial round he will ask about bit technical and about the roles and responsibility of the projects. 4. By the next day i got a call from HR and she confirmed that i have cleared interview and she collected my all the Required docs to process the offer. 5. After 3 days later she have sent one more mail to finish behavioral assessment its kind of formalities and she said you need to wait offering process will take time i have forwarded from my end to higher authority they will decide the CTC part and they will approve to release an offer. 6. After 1 week i called to HR she said wait for 2 more weeks the position is on hold we are looking for internal employees to attend the interview if nobody is applied to that position then they will consider my position. 7. After 3 weeks i called her but now she is saying as the position is on hold we don't have any further information. 8. Its 2 moths completed i have waited for a long time , Now i am writing my genuine review. Guys please careful before attending an interview ask them twice if you clear an interview they will release offer or not ? or they really have openings for that position or not ? or they will say wait for internal employee to apply for job. Please confirm everything before attending the interview do not simply waste your time.

Two technical rounds taken by two teams formed from the recruiting group as well as same department. One managerial interview taken by line manager to whom the candidate was supposed to report if selected. HR interview taken by HR manager.
