Initial CV screening, moving to initial interview. Initial interview covered competancy questions with an HR BP, a second interview covered more in depth and technical questions. A final found interview included A&M's own mathematical and written examination and a detailed and intense interview with a Director and Senior Manager. The process took around 3 weeks and was intense.
