Received a phone interview with some technical accounting questions. I was selected to continue in the process and invited to the office. Went to dinner with current associate and a superior, then interviewed with 4 higher level employees within Global Forensics and Disputes. These interviews were more about background and cultural fit than technical knowledge. Everyone was down-to-earth and very nice. I appreciated how upfront the company was about the good and bad aspects of the job, as well as about benefits, salary, bonuses, etc.
