The interview was extremely technical. It consisted of a panel of software developers (3), and one manager. We discussed principals of software development, dependency injection frameworks, Scrum and Agile as well as tracking softwares like Confluence, JIRA and Sharepoint (they use all three).

A recruiter called me and I spoke to them about my experience. A few days later the recruiter called back and offered an interview with two software engineer leads. The interview lasted 1 hour interview with them.

One on one with manager onsite. Asks some standard oop programming questions like what are the 4 pillars of oop and the difference between overloading and overriding. Had some questions on sql as well . Know how to join a table in sql. Be ready to talk about MVC as well. Had a tiny bit of javascript thrown in there too. Overall good interview and impression of the work environment.
