The process began with an HR screening, followed by discoordination among three recruiters. They scheduled an interview with the Manager but never sent the link. I completed an exhaustive Design Challenge; although the deadline was one week, they suggested presenting it a day before it expired. After the presentation, with one interview still pending, there was total silence. I had to call personally to get an answer

The exercise was very demanding, requiring coverage of the entire product cycle: from Research and Business Strategy (Short/Mid/Long term) to MVP definition, Visual/UI design, and a validation plan
