one phone interview with talent finder, then face 2 face interview with the hiring manager, a 4h tests session (aptitude tests, psychometric et al). all very friendly and professionals. very positive experience in general
It was a 3 step interview.
1st with HR for a 15m introduction
2nd with HR+Manager for more contextualization of how I handled past experiences and understand how I would fit in the company
3rd with HR+Manager for questions of how I handle situations

Long and confusing. The teams do not coordinate and HR is laid back and not responsive.
