So they started late one hour on a weekday though I requested multiple time about being them on schedule. Recruiter kept on calling me all morning but he was unable to arrange the interview on time...I was already on notice period so I couldn't skip the office but they almost made me do that. Apart from that the technical round was cool... though the guy who was taking the interview looked like an experienced but his questions was pretty normal and he didn't seem like a good interviewer..from which one can learn something. Secondly and most sad thing was the last round..the director round...he didn't like the concept of searching for a better opportunity after already being on notice period. As he kept on pushing me with buts and ifs against all of mine explanations...which I found really unprofessional. Then he asked some simple designing questions with REST but I really doubt that he has the technical grasp to understand those.. probably googled some stuff and was expecting the exact same answers. After all, I realised that it was a bad decision to come over there for a discussion..they say they are product based r&d but they really lack the professionalism.
