Interview with the hiring manager, we went through my profile, experience and background, then discussed a little about the role, I received good comments from him about my profile, but then heard nothing from them, only an automated email saying thanks for participating but not a fit.
It was a 3 step interview.
1st with HR for a 15m introduction
2nd with HR+Manager for more contextualization of how I handled past experiences and understand how I would fit in the company
3rd with HR+Manager for questions of how I handle situations

Long and confusing. The teams do not coordinate and HR is laid back and not responsive.
5 rounds were taken and then they decided to change the process to re-take the rounds.

2. Case study preparation for a week then presentation for 1 hour
3. HR interview for 1 hour
