Smooth, and offers training. She asked all the basic questions. Including sales, transportation, goals, and work life balance, and is very flexible with the hours and what I wanted for myself

Very Simple and to the point. First was a virtual interview via Zoom where they asked about your experience, why you would like to work with the company and your goals. Second was an evaluation with the trainers present to observe your lash technique.

They are very informative worndrrful and it is a unique experience to work there. Demanding but worth it to practice your craft. I think it wasn’t a horribly long time until hearing back at all. You speak to the manager then owners then you’re hired if you’re the right fit.
