Interview process is very smooth. Employee has to clear the assessment which check your communication, typing skills, problem skills, customer service skills etc. once assessment is cleared the HR contacts to the employee for salary discussion.

I just applied and gave test on the go with application process and then I got video call interview selection mail in a weeks time and last round with HR regarding salary for freshers it's 2.8LPA

it is a 2 round process which includes online test to start with, after clearing the test there will be a second on call invterview. After clearing that you will have to wait for next confirmation email.

Getting Shortlisted is the most difficult task. once you get shortlisted the interview process is relatively easy if you have moderate efficiency in English. In that they ask questions that test if you are comfortable with English or not as you have to handle US/UK clients. Apart from that there is a psychometric test.
