Two phone interviews. 1st: Recruiter called from his LinkedIn searches. 2nd: Technical interview where I was asked to devise a test plan for an elevator that has a life span that is 10 years longer than competing products. What kind of QA process would make sure that products meet requirement before being shipped to customers. I was then asked two coding questions (1. Write a function that returns first repeated character of a given string. 2. Design a hashtable/hashmap that has an expiration timestamp on objects stored in it. For example, any objects that have been in the hashtable longer than 1 hour are purged automatically. This is to verbally describe the design.)
