1 phone meeting with HR, 1 phone meeting with Hiring manager. If both believe you´re fit for the position you will go to panel interview. Panel interview are usually conducted by more experiences DEs or PMs.

SMART process- you need to show real examples of your professional life that you applied the Amazon principles. Some technical questions related to networks, construction and systems integration will also be asked.
The interview was about 8 hours long with questions primarily about their principles at Amazon. An HR rep will call you before to give you tips on what to do at the interview. If you follow that and have charisma during the interview that will be enough. They look for hard workers and those who want to learn since the job environment is intense.

Had a initial phone interview then an interview with the manager. Then came the amazon important questions which check if you are a good fit for the role done by the amazon special interview wrangler
