I had an interview with the hiring manager, then recruiter, SSM and others. The interviews felt very robotic, they test on their leadership principals but there is no engagement in the interview. Even with the recruiter, after investing at least 6 hrs in the process, refused to share feedback. I found their process to be not open and very disengaging.
