- Applied online on AWS' career website
- Time from confirmed interest in interview to actual first call --> 23 days
- First call with hiring manager was good and I was recommended for the final stage - however hiring manager not at liberty to discuss salary so you don't know what you'd be earning
- Final stage - 5 rounds of interviews with different stakeholders within the team --> asked for salary confirmation first
- Confirmed salary with another recruiter and confirmed interest in contiuing with the final stage
- The recruitment team then just dissapeared for nearly a month without providing any feedback
- I sent multiple emails without receiving any response
- After finally responding to my emails, they said the position has been filled and that I should've communicated the salary is fine and I want to continue the process
- Recruiter who confirmed salary with me also said he would organise the final rounds of interviews
- Overall extremely poor, unprofessional and slow process
