Very structured interview
The first round is the HR phone call. The second round is the line manager interview. Then it comes to the technical assessment/case study that you need to present. You have two weeks to prepare. In the final round, it’s a loop interview which you were tested with AWS 16 leadership principles

My interview was typical of most of my team and my peers, it was a four part interview: 1) recruiter phone screen; 2) hiring manager phone screen; 3) all-day interview, with hour sessions with 4-6 individuals (future team members, adjacent team members, completely independent senior interviewer for an objective view; and 4) writing sample.
