I got through 2 first rounds of interviews and not sellected for the pannel. Behaviour based questions, my answers were sometimes to imprecise and too long, with too much detailed.

Phone interview and 4 interviews in a Loop. The loop interview each were 40 mins with the remaining 10-15 mins for questions to be asked to the interviewer. The question were based on Leadership principles and mast experiences.
