Highly formulated and "on the rails". You really have to understand the Amazon process and how it works. Seven interviews, most on a single day. They switched out interviewers on me three times, so I think they didn't have the correct balance of technical and managerial resources asking questions.

The interview process began with a standard 30-minute phone screening with a recruiter to discuss my background and salary expectations. Following that, I had a 45-minute panel video interview with the hiring manager and two team members, which focused heavily on behavioral questions and past campaign metrics. The final step was a short take-home assignment to evaluate my strategic thinking.
