They have a multi-interview STAR process. You speak with several different management roles from product and engineering. Each interview takes 45 minutes, it was a total of 8 interviews in one day. The most disappointing part was that they promised to give feedback in case they decide to not hire. And I got a decline with "sorry, but we cannot provide you more feedback". That's awful given that I spend a day of my life on their interviews, especially given that I was not actively looking for a new job, so it was their initiative to reach out to me.

All of the questions are behavioural. You are asked about "tell about a situation when...", e.g. "when you had a conflict of interest" or "when you made some important achievement" or "when you made a decision based on data" and then ask you based on your answer.

Seamless interview, although the bar raiser was bordering on being unprofessionally rude which was disappointing. I did not get an offer. Looking back, I'm glad it did not work out.

Predictable Loop. Its well documented online. Watch Youtube videos on how to answer. It is Leadership Principles based. STAR format answers. My interviewer wasn't on time, and during the interview, he had to step away to attend to some crisis. That threw my interview flow off.
