STAR method. Amazon is great about providing lots of preparation materials. However, it doesn't feel like a conversation. The hiring manager was so cool and reserved, I felt like I was being interviewed by a nice robot. One behavioral /situational question after another.

Not hard, Mostly Leadership Principles. However, it really depends on the interviewer. I am not sure about others, but mine is very specific on my sales experience and asked about the deal size.
