There was one phone screen with two leadership questions. The loop had 4 interviews. One was one system design and rest 3 were around leadership principles (behavioral) interview questions. The process was good and unbiased.

Really intense but actually enjoyable, 3 stage process, 1 hr phone interview, written exercise, then 5no 1hr interviews back to back. This all happened within a week for me. Pretty full on but the people I met with were very nice
